Cover versions of important artworks form an independent line of production in SUSI POP's work; these works should be understood as both homage and revision.

The greatest attention was surely achieved by the remake of Gerhard Richter's RAF cycle, which in SUSI POP's cover version bears the title "Der Schnurrbart der Ulrike Meinhof" (Ulrike Meinhof's mustache) and is now part of the collection at Hamburger Bahnhof.

Cover versions also exist of works such as Picasso's Guernica, Seurat's La Grande Jatte, Fragonard's genre scenes, but also Kippenberger's 8 Bilder zum Nachdenken ob's so weitergeht (8 Pictures for Contemplating Whether Things Can Go On Like This).
